More Conditions

10:1) The Client is authorized to withdraw the bonus and/or profits made with the bonus money only after reaching the required trading volume: (Total deposit + Total benefit amount).
10:2)If a user has a pending deposit in their investment account, the withdrawal processor will be deactivated, preventing them from making withdrawals until the pending deposit is completed. This will also affect their upliner's withdrawals. To avoid any withdrawal issues, always ensure that any pending deposits are completed promptly.
10:3) Following the fourth withdrawal from the Economy package, a user must migrate to the First Class Investment Package. Withdrawals will be unlimited following the migration to the First Class Plan.
10:4) The Company holds no obligation to assess the suitability of any transaction for a Client or evaluate the Client's knowledge and experience in understanding transaction risks. Client assumes sole responsibility for all risks associated with transactions.
10:5) The Services of the Company are provided "As Is" and "As Available", with no warranties, express or implied. The Company will not be liable for damages arising from trading or the use of its services.
11:1) Amendments – The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior consent from the Client. Material changes will be notified to the Client at least 10 Business Days in advance.
11:2) Language, Notices, and Complaints – All communications between the Company and the Client will be in English or mutually agreed language.
11:3) Affiliation – The Company may share commissions and charges with Affiliates or receive remuneration from them in respect of contracts entered into by the Company. Client information may be disclosed to Affiliates.
11:4) The Company safeguards all personal Client information collected in paper or electronic form to maintain Client privacy.
11:5) A user can only make a withdrawal request from the Company's First Class Investment Package upon attaining a minimum capital of $5,000.
12:1) A user can only make a withdrawal request from the Company's VIP Investment Package upon attaining a minimum capital of $15,000.
12:2) Withdrawals in VIP plans with high daily returns are allowed only when the user has a minimum capital of $15,000 in their investment dashboard. Withdrawals are undertaken on a monthly or yearly basis.
12:3) Withdrawals in Starter Plan and Economy Plan are processed weekly.
12:4) Withdrawals in First Class Plans and VIP Plans are processed monthly.
Failure to adhere to the trading rules and regulations may result in forced closure of positions, temporary freezing of the Client's account, account closure, or other necessary actions for the protection of the Company.
12:5) Investors who have completed their first withdrawals in the VIP plan must have a total capital of 20k in the plan before making their second withdrawal. This requirement ensures continued benefits and opportunities in the VIP plan. Failure to meet this requirement may result in delays or restrictions on future withdrawals. Plan and manage your capital carefully to ensure ongoing success in the VIP plan.

NOTE

The company does not have the authority to deduct your profits on their own initiative. Clients investment is solely under their control, and they are responsible for making withdrawals.
